We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising or automated decisions that affect you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- See the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Download a copy in a common format.
- Delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, invoices for tax).
- Opt out of marketing emails, sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling.
These match the rights in the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and the GDPR if you're in the UK or EU.
How to make a request
- Email info@studiohalden.com with the subject “Data request” and tell us what you'd like.
- We'll confirm it's you, usually by replying to the email address we hold.
- We'll answer within 30 days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why.
Someone you authorize can make a request for you with your written permission. We won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Stop our emails
Every marketing or follow-up email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply “stop” or email us and we'll remove you right away.
If we contacted your business
We sometimes reach out to businesses we think we can help, using public business information such as a company website or Google business listing. Ask us and we'll tell you where your details came from and remove them.
Appeals
If we turn down a request, reply with “Appeal” and someone senior will review it within 45 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
